Fitter_Belt Joiner_Laddle Man_Heat Treatment

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and hardworking male candidates for the roles of Mechanical Fitter, Belt Joiner, Laddle Man, and Heat Treatment Operator at Shri Balaji Industrial Products Ltd. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintenance, operation, and production support in our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical fitting, assembly, and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Carry out belt joining, alignment, and tensioning work for conveyor and production lines.
• Operate ladle handling and metal pouring operations safely in foundry or melting sections.
• Handle heat treatment processes including quenching, tempering, and furnace operation.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure equipment safety.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow all safety and compliance guidelines.
• Report faults or maintenance requirements to supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical, or related trade.
• 1–5 years of experience in mechanical fitting, belt joining, or heat treatment (preferred).
• Sound knowledge of industrial tools and machinery.
• Ability to work in shift operations.
• Physically fit and ready to work in a manufacturing / plant environment.
