Abou the Role:

We are seeking a passionate
AI/ML Software Developer
to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions and intelligent multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning — building end-to-end AI applications from experimentation to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.

  • Build and deploy scalable AI workflows on cloud platforms such as
    AWS SageMaker
    and
    Google AI Platform
    .

  • Architect and implement
    multi-agent systems
    leveraging
    reinforcement learning (RL)
    for automated decision-making.

  • Develop
    computer vision pipelines
    using
    YOLO
    ,
    OpenCV
    ,
    Grounding DINO
    , and
    SAM
    for object detection and segmentation.

  • Implement
    NLP solutions
    using
    transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, etc.)
    for chatbot and automation systems.

  • Design and manage
    ETL pipelines
    and
    data preprocessing workflows
    using tools like
    Kafka
    and
    PySpark
    .

  • Integrate AI components with web frameworks (
    FastAPI
    ,

    ) for real-time and interactive user experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize models for performance and scalability using
    ONNX
    and
    TensorRT
    .

  • Research and apply cutting-edge
    AI agentic workflows
    with tools like
    LangChain
    ,
    LangGraph
    , and
    CrewAI
    .

Requirements:

  • Programming:
    Python, C++, JavaScript

  • Frameworks:
    TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, FastAPI

  • AI/ML Concepts:
    Reinforcement Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning

  • Databases:
    SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase), Vector Databases

  • Tools & Platforms:
    PySpark, Kafka, AWS, Google Cloud, Git, GitHub, Bitbucket

  • Optimization & Deployment:
    ONNX, TensorRT, LoRA/QLoRA

  • Agentic AI & LLM Tools:
    LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, CrewAI, AutoGen

Preferred Experience (Projects or Similar Work):

  • Retail AI Solutions:
    Automated product recognition and billing systems using VLLM and segmentation models.

  • Conversational AI:
    Voice-enabled NLP chatbots for customer support using transformer models and Eleven Labs.

  • Financial AI Systems:
    Multi-agent loan processing systems integrating OCR, NLP, and reinforcement learning for underwriting.

Qualification:

  • B.Tech in Computer Science or related field (preferred: AI/ML specialization).

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML software development.
