• Developing best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of outputs
• Performing process simulation and risk assessments; managing cost and time constraints
• Preparing daily/monthly reports; keeping all updated records related to quality & production
• Introducing new product and machining process along with approving the drawing of cutting tool as per requirement
• Executing complex design analysis and evaluating engineering designs
• Establishing new process for better productivity and quality for new product

B.TECH MECHANICAL WITH 12+ YEARE EXPERINECE IN DESIGN 

• Deeply knowledge of Auto-Cad 2017.
• Uni Graphics Solution NX11.0/12.0 (CAD/CAM).
• Creo (Version 5.0).
• MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Reverse Engineering.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, Kaizen and Poke yoke.
• Knowledge of Modern Manufacturing Techniques
