We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team at EIM. The role involves calling prospective students, explaining our courses, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.
  • Explain course details, admission process, and institute benefits clearly.
  • Maintain call logs and update the database regularly.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure conversions within the given timeline.
  • Coordinate with the admission teams.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and admissions.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
