Job Summary:We are looking for a result -oriented and seasoned professional to lead our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should come from the automobile industry, bringing strong experience in high -volume manufacturing, quality systems, and lean practices, including surface coating experience.Key Responsibilities:• Plant Operations: Lead day -to -day operations of the plant including production, maintenance, quality and safety.• Coating Line Supervision: Oversee the bakeware coating line (ElectroStatic Process) with support from process experts; responsible for output and quality.• Production Efficiency: Achieve production targets while ensuring high productivity, low rejection, and minimal downtime.• Lean Manufacturing & OEE: Drive lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Visual Management, and TPM. Monitor and improve OEE metrics across critical equipment to reduce downtime, improve cycle time, and enhance quality.• Quality Systems: Strengthen in -process quality control systems to align with international export standards, ensuring consistent product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.• People Management: Motivate, coach, and develop a multi -functional team; build shop -floor discipline and performance culture.• Cost Optimization: Reduce manufacturing costs through material usage efficiency, energy management, and automation.• New Product & Line Support: Support industrialization of new cookware designs and upgrades in coating/pressing/handle fixing lines.• Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) norms. Qualifications:•Diploma • Experience:  o 10 to 12 years in manufacturing, preferably in the automobile or component industry.  o Exposure to surface treatment/coating lines (e.g., painting, powder coating, Teflon) will be a strong advantage.• Hands -on experience with press machines, CNCs, conveyors, assembly lines, or robotic stations is desirable.• Experience in managing a team of 100+ workers and engineers in a factory environment. ​Preferred Attributes:• Fast learner in specific processes (spinning, polishing, riveting, non -stick coating).• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Familiarity with any ERP systems (SAP) ​
