Job Description:

We are hiring a female candidate for the role of Abacus Trainer in a school located in Panchkula. The selected candidate will undergo 3 days of training in Abacus techniques, after which she will be placed in a school to teach Abacus to students during regular school hours, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend a 3-day Abacus training program conducted by our certified trainers

After successful training, teach Abacus to school students as per the syllabus

Conduct engaging classroom sessions and activities related to mental math

Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment

Coordinate with school staff and report to the program coordinator

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Passion for teaching and working with children

Willingness to learn and undergo training

Must be punctual and disciplined

Must be comfortable with school timing schedule (Monday to Friday)
