Project Planning & Scheduling:

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage and monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor workforce productivity and optimize labor deployment.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place.
  • Approve invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure that construction meets the specified standards and quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor project quality.
  • Address any quality-related issues promptly.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure contingency plans are in place for potential project delays or disruptions.
  • Monitor safety compliance and ensure the project adheres to all relevant safety standards.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and senior management to provide project updates.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise between stakeholders.
  • Ensure client expectations are managed and fulfilled.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure that all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to minimize accidents and injuries.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory bodies as required.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead the on-site project team, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including daily logs, change orders, and material usage.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
