Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Visual Artist to join our Product Design team. This role is central to defining the visual identity of our products, from initial conceptualization through final packaging and brand presentation. The ideal candidate will blend technical proficiency with artistic creativity, bringing products to life through compelling visual design.

Reports to: Creative Director / Design Lead

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Mid-Level

Key Responsibilities

· Visual Asset Creation: Design and develop high-quality visual assets including product illustrations, packaging graphics, brand collateral, and marketing materials

· Branding & Identity: Contribute to brand identity development and maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints

· Packaging Design: Conceptualize and execute packaging designs that enhance product appeal and communicate brand values

· Concept Development: Create compelling design concepts and mood boards for product launches and campaigns

· Design Iteration: Refine designs based on feedback, testing, and production requirements

· Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketing, and production teams to translate concepts into market-ready designs

· Technical Execution: Prepare files for various production methods including print, digital, and manufacturing

Technical Proficiency

· Expert-level command of Adobe Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

· Packaging Design Experience: Proven track record designing packaging solutions for consumer products or similar industries

· Branding Experience: Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain cohesive visual branding systems

· File Preparation: Knowledge of print production standards, color management, and file formats (CMYK, RGB, vector vs. raster)

Creative & Artistic Skills

· Color Theory: Advanced understanding of color psychology and exceptional ability to create harmonious, on-brand color combinations

· Composition & Layout: Strong sense of visual composition, hierarchy, and balance in design layouts

· Sketching & Ideation: Proficient in hand sketching for rapid ideation and concept visualization

· Visual Storytelling: Ability to communicate product benefits and brand narratives through visual design

· Aesthetic Sensibility: Refined eye for detail and ability to match diverse design styles and brand aesthetics
