Key Responsibilities:

• Material Receipt & Verification
• Receive incoming materials, consumables, and spare parts.
• Verify materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Inspect for quality, quantity, and damage; coordinate with QC and Purchase if discrepancies arise.
• Storage & Inventory Management
• Maintain proper storage of materials in designated locations.
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper labeling of items.
• Conduct daily and monthly physical stock verification.
• Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and system entries (ERP/Tally/MS Excel).
• Issuance of Material
• Issue materials to production and maintenance departments as per requisition.
• Record all issue transactions accurately in the system and registers.
• Monitor stock levels and raise material requirement notes when reorder levels are reached.
• Documentation & Record Keeping
• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, and Return Notes.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
• Assist in audit activities and ensure record accuracy.
• Coordination
• Coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements.
• Liaise with production, maintenance, and accounts departments for stock updates and material reconciliation.
• Safety & Housekeeping
• Ensure materials are stored safely with proper labeling and segregation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
