 We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities & Travel Coordinator to manage day-to-day office administration, vendor relationships, and travel logistics while ensuring our workplace remains a vibrant and welcoming environment. This role will also support employee onboarding and events, helping create a seamless and engaging workplace experience at Dozee. Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of the head office, ensuring it is efficient, well-maintained, and employee-friendly.
• Act as the first point of contact for all office administration issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage external vendor relationships and contracts; ensure service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facilities and travel processes; ensure adherence and audit readiness.
• Manage housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the office.
• Manage the travel desk for both domestic and international travel, including bookings, itineraries, and related support.
• Support company events and gatherings from planning to execution.
• Handle onboarding logistics, including preparation of joining kits and employee stationery.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments for smooth operational support.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in facilities, office administration, vendor management, or travel management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and vendor/stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a solutions-driven mindset.
• Experience in ensuring compliance and audit readiness is a plus.
• Positive and approachable personality, with a focus on creating an engaging office environment.
