We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Girl with hands-on expertise in Petpooja POS Software.

Key Responsibilities


• Customer Interaction & Sales


• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries.


• Convert queries into sales by recommending suitable products .


• Handle telephonic and online customer queries promptly.


• Order & Delivery Management


• Take customer orders, process them in Petpooja software, and coordinate with the kitchen/delivery team.


• Ensure timely and accurate delivery updates to customers.


• Petpooja Software Operations


• Manage daily billing, KOT generation, inventory updates, and reports using Petpooja POS.


• Train new staff on basic Petpooja functions when required.


• Email & Communication Management


• Monitor and respond to customer emails within 10 min.


• Draft professional replies for complaints, feedback, and follow-ups.


• Maintain organized email threads and customer records.


• Website & Online Presence Management


• Update menu items, prices, offers, and banners on the website (via CMS/Petpooja integration).


• Upload daily specials and respond to online orders/reviews.


• Billing & Payments


• Generate accurate bills using Petpooja and handle cash/digital payments.


• Resolve billing disputes and issue invoices/receipts.


• Daily Reporting


• Share end-of-day sales, customer feedback, and delivery reports with the manager.
