Hands-on in Pega RPA and PRPC, Pega RPA Dev Studio / Robot Manager / Prediction Studio / App Studio

• Should understand the Complexity of the Requirements and create Solution Design documents

• Must be able to Analyze and Re-engineer the Old automations

• Must have .net / C# very strong in coding

• Should be able to collaborate with Architect leadership and Business

• Knowledge on Python / Java, UI Path, Automation Anywhere is an advantage

• Should be capable of developing adoption metrics and self-healing process

• Good to have API, microservice and Cloud experience

• Knowledge in Vertex AI and Document AI is an advantage

• Nice to have Pega SaaS Exposure

• Having experience in SAP is an added advantage

Certification in Pega is an advantage

• Certified Pega System Architect (CSA)

• Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC)

Any Degree or equivalent.

• Develop Automation framework for RPA / DPA and PRPC.

• Develop automation design and structure automation packaging as per industry standards.

• Develop PEGA Decisioning

• Debug PEGA by using tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, Admin, PDC and having good knowledge on Monitoring tools

• Should have technology exposure C#, python, PRPC, SQL, Java.

• Participate in reviews to ensure all requirements are met through design, build and implementation phases

• Collaborate with program architecture leadership

• Participate in production support including Month end/start and off-hour support coverage

• Should have experience in handling and managing BOTs cost optimization, mitigate alternative on increased bot cost and utilization.

Certification in Pega is an advantage
