Role & responsibilities

  • Basic computer proficiency under requirements (since its essential in modern store management).
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic components (circuit boards, capacitors, ICs, resistors, etc.) to ensure accurate identification and handling.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers.
  • Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and proper storage of materials.
  • Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain records.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of stock.
  • Ensure proper tagging, labelling, and storage conditions for all materials.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the store area.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
  • Handle documentation related to inward and outward materials (GRN, issue slips, return notes, etc.).
  • Liaise with project/site teams to fulfil material requirements on time.
  • Monitor and prevent material wastage or pilferage.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Diploma in relevant field (preferred: Supply Chain/Material Management).
  • 13 years of experience in store/inventory management.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
