Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Support Processor to support project execution and manage operational risk and control functions. The role involves maintaining service quality, managing risk incidents, and contributing to the development of new processes within the first line of defense.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational risk incidents, control assessments (RCSA), and issue resolution.
  • Support new client reviews and periodic reviews for existing clients.
  • Develop and implement new operational controls and process improvements.
  • Handle queries related to Fixed Income, FX, and Commodities products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Professional qualification: CFA, FRM, or PRM (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, risk management, or financial controls.
  • Strong knowledge of Fixed Income, FX, or Commodities products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
