Opportunity – Senior Associate (Real Estate Practice) | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:

  • Real Estate Transactions: Support advisory work on high-value and complex matters involving acquisition, sale, leasing, and assignment of land parcels, commercial spaces (e.g., IT parks, data centres, malls), hotels, ultra-premium residences, and development/redevelopment projects.
  • Due Diligence & Structuring: Conduct title due diligence, handle regulatory clearances (ULC, Coastal Regulation Zone, MIDC, etc.), and assist in structuring and documentation.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Advisory: Advise on RERA compliance, leasing regulations, and related statutory requirements.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with corporates, developers, funds, investors, UHNWIs, and government authorities to support deal execution.
  • Research & Knowledge Building: Stay current on real estate laws and support the team's thought leadership and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4–6 years of experience in a reputable law firm, with a strong track record in real estate transactions, due diligence, and regulatory matters.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and advisory skills with the capability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling dynamic, high-stakes mandates.
