QC Incharge

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Incharge to lead and manage our QC department. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, implementing testing protocols, managing the QC team, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QC department and supervise the team.
• Develop, validate, and implement quality testing methods.
• Ensure all incoming raw materials, in-process, and finished goods meet quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain QC documentation, reports, and audit records.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, and QA for quality-related improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, and regulatory guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of QC experience in dyes intermediates / specialty chemicals/ Organic Chemical industry.
• Strong analytical knowledge (HPLC, UV, Titrations - NV, CV, Iodometry, Wet Chemistry).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication, reporting, and decision-making ability.
