The School Sales Manager (SSM) is responsible for driving school sales and increasing penetration in the assigned region. The candidate is expected to visit schools, follow up with clients, and share proposals to promote Sportal programs. Additionally, the role involves guiding and mentoring team members, ensuring smooth program delivery, and participating in on-ground operations.

Job Description:

  • Achieve personal and branch school sales targets.
  • Develop a school sales team to increase penetration in the qualified school list.
  • Increase the adoption rate of Sportal programs in schools.
  • Conduct daily visits to school heads and owners, either independently or through shadow visits with team members.
  • Promote programs through school conferences, associations, and professional bodies.
  • Act as an adventure instructor to ensure the smooth delivery of assigned programs.
  • Provide 24/7 support to the team and clients.
  • Maintain and update various records and files.
  • Comply with all existing and new rules as informed from time to time.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Freshers may apply
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in school sales (preferably in the tour and travel industry).
  • Graduate degree (preferably in Marketing, Travel, or Sports Management).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent public relations skills.
  • Sales-oriented with a go-getter attitude.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹240, ₹360,000.00 per year
