Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Goregaon for a position in the Founder's Office. The individual's responsibilities will include supporting the founder by being his shadow, preparing presentations, conducting industry research, and assisting with strategic planning. Other day-to-day tasks may include coordinating with various departments, managing communications, and handling confidential information. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Research and Analytical skills
- Experience in Strategic Planning and Business Analysis
- Proficiency in Presentation and Report Preparation
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
- Outstanding Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in the event management or entertainment industry is a plus
