Location: Gurugram, Sec 44 (Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with 5–8 years of proven experience in the e-commerce industry, specializing in creative design and video editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio across digital, print, packaging, and video content with a focus on E-commerce-driven visual storytelling. You will be responsible for shaping the brand's design identity across online platforms and consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design for E-Commerce

  • Design product listings, banners, and creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry, Nykaa, brand websites, and other marketplaces.
  • Create optimized assets for product detail pages (PDPs), A+ content, store pages, and campaign landing pages.

2. Digital & Print Design

  • Develop engaging creatives for social media, digital ads, websites, brochures, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while tailoring designs for baby & mother care audiences.

3. Video & Motion Graphics

  • Create and edit videos, reels, animations, and product explainers for social media and e-commerce listings.
  • Develop short-form video content highlighting product USPs, tutorials, and storytelling campaigns.

4. Brand Identity & Storytelling

  • Align all designs and videos with the brand's nurturing, family-oriented positioning.
  • Ensure visual consistency across e-commerce platforms, digital campaigns, and offline materials.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with the marketing, product, and marketplace teams to deliver creatives that drive sales and engagement.
  • Take feedback and provide design solutions that balance creativity and commercial impact.

6. Innovation & Trends

  • Stay up to date on E-commerce creative trends (A+ content, video listings, influencer creatives, reels, etc.).
  • Experiment with interactive content formats to improve engagement and conversions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of graphic design + video editing experience, )in an E-commerce company/brand.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating E-commerce design work (product creatives, banners, PDPs, packaging, videos).
  • Proficiency in:
  • Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Video Tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling for E-commerce—designing for conversion, click-through, and sales uplift.
  • Knowledge of E-commerce platform requirements (Amazon A+ specs, Myntra creatives, Shopify assets, etc.).
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color psychology, and motion design.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
