Role & responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing activities to support product promotion and sales.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product manuals.
  • Organize and coordinate CMEs, workshops, medical conferences, and product demonstrations.
  • Support sales teams with marketing inputs, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to increase market penetration.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and online promotions.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all marketing activities.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Freshers with strong interest in medical device marketing may also be considered.
