Customer Service/Customer Support Internship in Delhi

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Configure and prepare hardware for dispatch to customer locations.
- Install and configure the software and content for customer as per defined standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Test installed hardware and software systems to ensure that they are working fine.
- Upload content for customers using our proprietary DSS software.
- Provide remote support to customers for hardware and software for troubleshooting problems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by helping them and answering their queries and coordinating with business development teams.
- Ensure documentation is completed as per company's defined processes and procedures.
