Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSPs in the US market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure continuous business growth.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
  • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and agreements with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on business development activities.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive / Manager in US Staffing.
  • Strong understanding of US staffing processes (Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099, H1B, OPT, etc.).
  • Ability to generate business from Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSPs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, CRM tools, and sales platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in US Staffing business development.
  • Established client/vendor network in the US staffing industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
