Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Strategy

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure alignment of financial plans with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic inputs to top management on financial performance and cost optimization.

2. Accounting & Compliance

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, etc.).
  • Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts in compliance with Ind AS/IFRS.
  • Ensure timely audits (internal, statutory, and government, if applicable).

3. Treasury & Fund Management

  • Manage working capital, banking relationships, and fund flow.
  • Oversee cash flow planning and ensure liquidity.
  • Evaluate funding requirements and liaise with banks/FIs for loans, credit facilities, and project financing.

4. Cost Control & MIS

  • Monitor costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and present MIS reports for management decision-making.
  • Drive automation and digitization in financial reporting.

5. Taxation & Regulatory Affairs

  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
  • Handle assessments, appeals, and interactions with tax authorities.
  • Keep track of changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate governance.

6. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team.
  • Build internal controls and strengthen financial discipline across the organization.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1218 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong exposure to corporate finance, accounts finalization, taxation, and compliance.
  • Experience in manufacturing/PSU/large corporates preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP (SAP/Oracle/Tally Prime/other).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Candidates must have the experience of Manufacturing and production house mandatory
