We are hiring Technical leader with 10+ years of experience in designing, building, and leading scalable backend and full-stack solutions in Fintech, E-commerce, HR, and Travel. You have a deep passion for Fintech innovation, performance optimization, and system architecture. Holding a B.Sc. in Computer Science, you bring hands-on mastery of Python, Go (Golang), JavaScript, and a broad toolset including MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, AWS, Git, Snowflake, Earth Engine, OpenCV, CLIP, ImageBind, FAISS, GraphQL, FastAPI, among others.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10+ years in software development, with several years in a technical leadership or senior architect role.
  • Languages & Frameworks: Strong, hands-on experience in Python, Go (Golang), JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Backend & Data: Deep knowledge of MySQL, Redis, Kafka, data modeling, query optimization, performance tuning.
  • APIs & Integrations: Experience building and maintaining RESTful services, GraphQL, external integrations (payment, identity, etc.).
  • Modern Tools & Infrastructure: Proficiency in Docker, AWS (or equivalent cloud), Git, CI/CD, monitoring/observability.
  • Advanced Technologies: Knowledge/experience with Snowflake, Earth Engine, OpenCV, CLIP, ImageBind, FAISS, and data/ML-related pipelines is a plus.
  • Architecture & Scalability: Experience in designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems, microservices, event-driven architecture.
  • Full-stack and CMS experience: Comfortable working across the stack—front-end (React, NodeJS), back-end, CMS integrations, deployment pipelines.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, collaboration, mentoring, and leadership mindset.
  • Problem-solving & Ownership: Ability to break down complex problems, take full ownership, and deliver in ambiguous environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
