Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with strong functional expertise in Finance modules and working knowledge of Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end solution design, implementation, configuration, and support across Oracle Fusion Finance, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional implementation and support for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax).
  • Provide secondary support for Procurement modules (Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal).
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Configure modules, perform testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work with business stakeholders to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test scripts, training material, and SOPs.
  • Support month-end and year-end activities, financial reporting, and integrations.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for RICE components and integrations.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of Procurement modules and purchasing workflows.
  • Experience with FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and configuration tools.
  • Ability to work on multi-module projects and cross-functional integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
  • Oracle certification in Finance is a plus.
  • Prior experience in implementation/support projects is preferred.
