Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead for Infrastructure and Application Migration with 10–15 years of overall IT experience, including proven leadership in large-scale infrastructure projects. This role is critical in ensuring seamless transitions from on-premises environments to cloud platforms, minimizing risks and gaps throughout the migration process. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in migration strategies, cloud platforms, and team leadership, starting immediately from the discovery phase.

Responsibilities

Document the current source-state environment and define the target migration architecture.

Lead end-to-end migration planning, including cut-over and rollback strategies.

Act as the primary escalation point for issue resolution and coordinate cross-functional team members.

Oversee infrastructure provisioning, network design, security configurations, and application readiness.

Develop and maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and migration validation procedures.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and application management.

Strong leadership background in infrastructure and application migration projects.

Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and on-premises data centers.

Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary and virtual teams.

Excellent skills in technical documentation, planning, and execution.
