Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rearc, you'll play a key role in building our India team by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional engineering talent. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the process. Beyond closing roles, you'll nurture relationships with candidates after they've signed, keeping them engaged and excited for their start. Your ability to spot high-potential candidates, align them with our needs, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience will directly impact the success of our India operations. Collaboration will be central as you partner with hiring managers, interview teams, and leadership across time zones, bringing market insights, advising on hiring strategies, and acting as a trusted consultant to help build the right team for Rearc's long-term success.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (technology or consulting preferred).
- Proven sourcing skills and strong interviewing/probing ability.
- Excellent organizational skills and proactive communication with candidates, hiring managers, and global teams
- Ability to "sell" Rearc's story and act as a brand ambassador.
- Career-driven, personable, and able to build trust quickly.
- Track record of meeting hiring targets while managing multiple roles.
- Understand the importance of post-offer engagement and experience, keeping candidates connected and motivated through to their start date.
- Deep understanding of cultural nuances and employment practices in India.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Rippling is a strong plus).

What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role is central to scaling Rearc India. You will:
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified pipeline.
- Manage and coordinate the interview process, guiding candidates and ensuring a fair, structured evaluation process.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from first contact through to start date, by keeping candidates informed, engaged, and supported for a smooth transition into Rearc.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Rearc India, representing our culture, values, and technical excellence.
- Provide market intelligence to hiring managers and leadership, including compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor activity.
- Partner with People Ops/ HR to ensure a smooth onboarding handover once candidates start
- Build and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, ensuring they are delivering quality candidates, aligned to our culture, and providing value for cost.
- Track recruitment metrics, share insights, and continuously improve our hiring process.
- Contribute to global recruiting initiatives, sharing best practices and collaborating with the broader Rearc talent team.
- Support employer branding in India through events, campus connects, and online campaigns.
