Job Profile:

BRANCHES:

● Responsible for growth of potential customers and clients for Branches in Chembur, Mulund, Thane, Kalyan & Dombivali Branches).

● Manage outgoing & incoming Calls / Emails for Sales & Registration Support.

● Whatsapp coordination.

● Day-to-day coordination with clients, teachers, students, and their parents.

● Build long-term relationships with new and existing students.

● Planning relevant workshops with the events team.

SCHOOLS:

● Pitching & sharing proposals & creative for Affiliations (Music Programs, Events, Annual Days, Competitions, etc)

● Manage all enrollment / sales related outgoing & incoming calls / emails / SMSs

● Enrollment & Payment Follow up & Confirmation

● Day to day coordination with clients

● Planning communication / announcements for starting / concluding batches

● Coordination & Tracking clients for invoices / payments

● Coordination with faculty manager & coordinators for course & curriculum

● Attending & Ensuring Smooth PTMs at Schools

● Back up the Help Desk work in case needed

Other Attributes:

• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication in English, Hindi & Marathi

• Hands-on experience in making business proposals using Microsoft power-point / Canva.

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft word & excel

• Should be a go-getter and willing to travel within the city.

• Candidates from the western line will be preferred.

Minimum Qualification:

➢ Graduation

➢ Senior year students who have good communication skills & have learnt music before can apply

Working Days & Hours:

Monday To Saturday: 10 AM to 7 PM

On the days of the events, the working days & timings will be kept flexible. Also, overtime / working on a Sunday will be compensated in the very next week.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Fresher with good communication & knowledge of music can apply

Salary:

● Best as per industry standards plus incentives for enrollments in branches.

● Office work-related travel expenses would be reimbursed as per policy.

● Office phone and SIM will be provided for all official communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
