1. Commercial Projects and Services Representative

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree.
  • Knowledge of construction/architectural industry and project processes (preferred).
  • AutoCAD knowledge (preferred).
  • Lighting control industry knowledge/customer service experience is a plus.

Role:

Support design and coordination of lighting/shading solutions for global projects, assisting sales and project managers in pre- and post-sales stages.

2. Commercial Projects and Services Sr. Representative

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree with 24 years industry experience.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD, lighting control systems, and construction processes.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.

Role:

Develop lighting/shading solutions, prepare drawings, estimates, and proposals, and coordinate with sales/project teams to deliver solutions on time for global projects.

3. Commercial Projects and Services Specialist

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree with 57 years industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, construction/architectural industry, and lighting control systems.
  • Customer service/project coordination experience a plus.

Role:

Lead design and technical support for complex global projects, creating system layouts, shop drawings, and solutions in collaboration with sales and project managers.

4. Senior Technical Applications Representative

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics with 2–4 years' relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of automation protocols, networking basics, IoT design, and customer handling.
  • Willing to work rotational shifts.
