Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level VMware Administration to ensure optimal virtualization infrastructure and resource allocation.


• Manage Windows Administration tasks to maintain system integrity and security across the organization.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions with business objectives for improved outcomes.


• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.


• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures to support operational efficiency.


• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth and team development.


• Evaluate new technologies and tools to recommend enhancements that align with the companys strategic goals.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain data security and privacy.


• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions that meet business needs.


• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and impact on operations.
