Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate with a minimum of 1 - 8 years of experience in Hiring , Recruitment, Client handling
  • The candidates should exhibit extreme maturity, possess articulate skills , target oriented , passionate and should be able to connect with people across levels.

Job Role:

  • Client Interaction to understand the position in detail and the list of critical and mandatory skills required.
  • sourcing the Right Fit Candidates from sources such as Portals , Professional Networking Sites, Social Media , Headhunting and Cold Calling etc.

Effectively mining the Client relationships to maximize the yield for a particular client

  • Carrying out detailed Telephonic / Personal Interviews and carrying out a detailed assessment of the Candidate based on the Short listing Parameters.
