Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Pharmacy Assistant will be responsible for assisting pharmacists with prescription processing, managing inventory, providing customer service, and ensuring proper phone etiquette when handling inquiries from patients and healthcare providers. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining accurate records, organizing medications, and supporting pharmacists in their daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Prescription handling and Pharmacy operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills and proper Phone Etiquette
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the pharmacy team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in pharmacy assistance is a plus
