Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Together with an international team, you will plan and manage the further development of a surgical mobile C-arm platforms that are used for a wide clinical spectrum of state-of-the-art procedures
  • The focus is on the technical responsibility of the Cios Fit product family and the management of the Product Lifecycle Group
  • Product monitoring in clinical use (e.g. analysis of spare parts consumption, evaluation of customer feedback and product error rates) will be part of your area of responsibility, as well as maintaining the delivery capability of the systems in sustaining engineering
  • You will initiate and implement SW/HW product improvements using established processes (e.g. CAPA process, change process, update process). You will support customer complaints and lead task forces to quickly resolve ad-hoc customer complaints
  • You will also run follow-up and maintenance version projects to ensure system compliance and updates
  • You will be responsible for a clear, addressee-oriented project transparency of the system families to be supported for the entire organization and especially for the management, and bring about appropriate project decisions
  • They lead to the qualitative achievement of the project milestones, the approval-relevant documentation, the product release and the rollout to the installed base

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in electrical engineering or comparable
  • You have many years of professional experience in the field of medical technology and have very good knowledge of the mobile C-Arm family
  • You have sound methodological knowledge in the areas of project planning, project management, risk management and stakeholder management
  • You are well versed in classic and agile development methods and processes
  • You have experience in project management for larger (international) system projects. You have very good knowledge of healthcare product lifecycle management processes (e.g. product development, changeovers, change procedures, escalation and customer complaint management)
