This role is for a sister-concern of Splitmoon Studios. Splitmoon Studios is a digital design and development agency dedicated to transforming brands into compelling digital identities. With over 5 years of industry experience and a portfolio exceeding 50 successful projects, we deliver end-to-end solutions in website and app development, UI/UX design, branding, graphic design, and digital marketing. We are now launching a new Web3 and AI startup, expanding our commitment to quality and innovation into the next era of technology-driven growth and digital transformation.

Overview

We are looking for a highly self-motivated, independent Blockchain & Front-End Developer to join our organisation for its expansion into Web3. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in building blockchain-based applications, NFT marketplaces, and decentralized platforms from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Blockchain Development

  • Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on EVM chains like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain
  • Experience with Rust for Solana smart contract development
  • Understanding of Layer-2 scaling solutions (BASE, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism)
  • Work on NFT marketplaces, DeFi applications, and decentralized applications (dApps)
  • Write clean and secure Solidity, Rust, or other blockchain programming languages
  • Work with Hardhat, Truffle, , and

Front-End Development

  • Build user-friendly, high-performance front-end applications for dApps
  • Develop applications using , , , or similar frameworks
  • Implement responsive UI/UX designs and optimize performance
  • Integrate blockchain applications with , , and GraphQL

Full-Stack & Backend Development

  • Develop backend systems using , , Python, or Go
  • Implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL for blockchain interactions
  • Utilize IPFS, Filecoin, or Arweave for decentralized storage

Self-Learning & Innovation

  • Stay ahead of blockchain trends by learning from YouTube, Google, Reddit, and online courses
  • Conduct competitive analysis to keep our solutions innovative and industry-leading
  • Solve problems independently and find creative solutions with minimal guidance

Who We're Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. (IT) or other relevant degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
  • Passion for blockchain technology and Web3 development
  • Proficiency in Solidity for smart contract development
  • Front-end development skills in , , , JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and smart contracts
  • Experience with , , and GraphQL for blockchain interactions
  • Familiarity with , , Python, or Go for backend development
  • Comfortable working with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to challenges
