Role & responsibilities

  • providing end-to-end support to customers for export and import shipments handled by the shipping line.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, schedules, freight rates, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams to ensure timely issuance of Bill of Lading and other shipping documents.
  • Track shipments and proactively update customers about cargo status and vessel movements.
  • Liaise with overseas offices, ports, and agents for shipment updates and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and share daily / weekly reports related to bookings, shipments, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and regulatory compliance.
