We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketer cum Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing and content creation, with strong skills in managing social media platforms and editing engaging video content. You will be responsible for growing our online presence and creating compelling visual stories that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to stay updated with the latest digital marketing practices.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and analyse performance reports using insights from each platform.

2. Video Editing & Content Creation:

  • Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms (reels, shorts, product demos, interviews, behind-the-scenes, etc.).
  • Add effects, transitions, text overlays, and sound/music to enhance videos.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (vertical, square, landscape formats).
  • Maintain an organized video archive and manage raw footage and final edits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing/design/content team to align visuals with brand messaging.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
  • Experience in photography or motion graphics is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
