We are looking for a passionate and skilled Medical Transcription Trainer to join our training division. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in medical transcription, English grammar, medical terminology, and report formatting, with the ability to train students to meet industry standards efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Medical Transcription processes, documentation styles, and proofreading techniques.
  • Prepare and update training materials, modules, and assessments.
  • Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and ensure consistent learning outcomes.
  • Train students in grammar, punctuation, accent comprehension, and transcription software usage.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and academic quality within the class.
  • Collaborate with academic coordinators and provide regular performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Medical Transcription.
  • Strong command of English grammar and medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with transcription software and quality check standards.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in training in medical scribes, coders, or transcriptionists.
  • Knowledge of US healthcare documentation systems.
