What this job involves: Leading on-site operations

Are you a pro at leading teams in an exciting and fast-paced environment? Passionate about providing state-of-the-art operations in beautiful office space? Youll be ready to implement building management procedures and monitor performance measures ensuring consistent superior standards. Likewise, youll boost onsite operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes. This job will work towards answering the question How do I ensure the safety of my colleagues? You will achieve this by actively promoting adherence to health and safety standards.

Winning our clients trust

In addition to managing facilities, youll be experienced in managing client relationships and be equipped to continue our strong partnership. Youll need to be proactive and engaging, making sure that the clients' expectations are met consistently. You will also be the go-to person for any facilities-related concerns, with a hands-on working style and the ability to get things done in this exciting and dynamic environment.

Keeping an eye on budget and contracts

Do you have a solid background in finance management? You will be responsible for financial operations, managing budgets and accurately forecasting. Part of your job is to manage and coordinate vendors and suppliers; youll make sure that they deliver quality work according to the contract, at the right cost.

Promoting teamwork across the board

To be a fit for this role, you will have eight years of relevant experience in property management. Likewise, experience in managing commercial contracts and budgets may just help you land this job. Youll also need to be a goal-oriented individual whos passionate about managing a successful team, maintaining a safe working environment, with strong vendor management practices.

Organised and analytical

Were looking for a self-motivated and quick-thinking facilities manager who can solve problems creatively, with holistic methods and approaches. Were on the lookout for a well-organised leader who anticipates future requirements, plans in advance, and constantly stays ahead of deadlines.
