Job Purpose

This position exists with the objective of fostering a culture of Safety, quality and Excellence across the supplier Chain .

Key objectives of this role are

·    To work with the team on achieving operational excellence.

·    Continuous Monitoring, development and training on the procedures to uphold the standards.

·    Conduct & Organise Audits as per the standards with regards to EHS, Quality & Statutory requirements.

·  Collaboration internally & externally to design & Implement training programs to enhance safety awareness, quality and environmental responsibility.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    and comfort with data entry and documentation work.
  • Awareness of
    safety requirements
    and familiarity with standard
    audit processes
    .
  • Strong communication skills:
  • English
    – spoken and written
  • Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & Hindi
    – spoken
  • Passion for
    waste management
    , environmental sustainability, and willingness to work extensively in the waste management sector.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Environmental Engineering
    or a related field.
  • Additional certifications or courses in the
    EHS domain
    will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 2–5 years
    of relevant experience in the
    EHS field
    .

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to
    travel
    as required for audits, training, and monitoring activities.
