Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Selenium and a strong understanding of AI/ML integration in testing workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks and leveraging AI/ML to improve test efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python).
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and API testing.
  • Integrate AI/ML techniques to enhance test case generation, test prioritization, failure prediction, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated testing.
  • Utilize AI/ML tools or frameworks (e.g., , Applitools, Mabl, or custom models) to enhance the automation process.
  • Analyze and report test results, track defects, and work with teams to resolve issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement in test strategy and process.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and participate in code and design reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in test automation with Selenium.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, C#.
  • Hands-on experience with TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical implementation in testing.
  • Experience with AI-driven testing tools (e.g., , Applitools Visual AI, Mabl, Functionize).
