Job Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls related to Bisleri products and services.

Address queries regarding orders, deliveries, product details, and service requests.

Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Accurately update customer interaction records in the CRM system.

Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.

Provide support via phone, email, and chat (if required).

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for quality and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass); Graduates preferred.

call center experience preferred).

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.

Good problem-solving skills and patience in handling customer queries.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Working Days & Timings

6 days working (Sunday fixed weekly off).

Day Shift: Between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour rotational window).

Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary: INR 15,000 – 16,000 CTC (approx.).
