Why we are looking for you:A Project Manager has good understanding on delivering technical solutions and will be owing delivery of technology project(s) for Epsilon. He/She works with different stakeholders, collaborates with team, plans work and delivers technology related projects. What you will enjoy in this role:The Project Manager role within the Marketing Platform ( AJO,AEP, ACC) team is pivotal in driving client value through the implementation of marketing platforms for executing campaigns.

Understanding business requirements and working with architect on technical solution

Develops relationships with senior business stakeholders and ensures appropriate level of engagement.Ensures client's stakeholder objectives are aligned with the proposed business solution being offered by Epsilon.Creates innovative methods and defines templates for estimation

Manage a team of technical resources for performance

Continuously appraise team performance and provide feedback

Successfully plans and executes multiple projects

Reviews technical estimates, analyzes risks and plans projects

Understands business needs and articulate effectively to team for arriving at a solution

Manage third party dependencies and escalate on time

Develops relationships with senior business stakeholders and ensures appropriate level of engagement.Ensures client's stakeholder objectives are aligned with the proposed business solution being offered by Epsilon.Proactively manages contractual obligations.Drafts SOW and contract documents with clients and vendors

Review third party/vendor contracts/SOWs and ensure it is upto the mark

Creates innovative methods and defines templates for estimation

Manage a team of technical resources for performance

Continuously appraise team performance and provide feedback

Successfully plans and executes multiple projects

Reviews technical estimates, analyzes risks and plans projects

Understands business needs and articulate effectively to team for arriving at a solution

In due course understand CMS implementations and become SME for different verticals of business solutions handled in Epsilon DXManage third party dependencies and escalate on time

Report project status on a periodic basis with timely escalations

Ensure delivery processes are being followed

Manage global teams and stakeholders across other geographies(primarily North America)4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent

Adobe campaign related certification is must.Required Technical Skills:Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate degree preferably in Computer Science, Agile SAFe2 PRINCE2/CSM CertificationsExperience: 11– 15 YearsExperience in delivering Adobe, AJO, ACC based applications:5 YearsExperience in delivering Digital/Marketing operation project : 3 YearsExperience in MS-ProjectExperience in Agile project management tools:Excellent communication

Good knowledge on E-commerce & Digital domains involving multiple third-party integrations

Create strategic plans considering end objectives

Create end-to-end project management plans

Create and track project schedules

Strong in MS-ProjectStrong in Agile project management tools like JIRAExperience in conducting workshops for requirement gathering

Other Experiences:Experience in Globally Distributed Delivery Model is highly preferable

Having software development background is preferable
