Job description:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Hindi Teacher to inspire students in reading, writing, speaking, and critical analysis, fostering a love for literature and effective communication within a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans covering grammar, composition, reading comprehension, and diverse literary genres (fiction, poetry, etc.).
  • Assessment: Create and grade assignments, essays, tests, and projects; provide constructive feedback to support student growth.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, orderly, and inclusive environment that encourages participation and intellectual curiosity.
  • Student Support: Differentiate instruction for diverse learners, offer one-on-one help, and mentor students for competitions/debates.
  • Collaboration: Work with colleagues, administration, and parents to align curriculum and monitor student progress.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with educational best practices and new teaching methods.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with B.Ed in Hindi Literature.
  • Excellent fluency in Hindi communication and grammar.
  • Ability to create engaging, standards-aligned lessons.
  • Proven teaching experience (middle school, high school, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120, ₹360,000.00 per year
