Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in reputed architectural firms and handling diverse projects, including residential, institutional, and hospital buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple architectural teams and oversee project execution from design to site delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in drawings, documentation, and deliverables.
  • Provide in-depth technical input and ensure accuracy in construction detailing.
  • Coordinate effectively with consultants (Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) to maintain seamless project integration.
  • Review and monitor progress to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Be proactive, committed, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

  • B.Arch degree with 5 to 10 years of professional experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales.
  • Exceptional knowledge of construction practices, detailing, and site coordination.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
