Class Incharges

We are seeking dedicated and responsible Class Incharges / Floor Incharges to oversee the smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities within the assigned classes or floors. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of maintaining discipline while ensuring effective coordination between teachers, students, and the administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily activities of students and teachers within the assigned class/floor.
• Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and safety in classrooms and corridors.
• Coordinate with teachers for attendance, timetables, substitutions, and event management.
• Monitor students' behavior, punctuality, and adherence to school rules.
• Report to the Academic Coordinator / Principal on daily observations and requirements.
• Support the smooth conduct of school programs, assemblies, and examinations.
• Communicate with parents when required, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Act as a bridge between the management, teachers, and students to ensure efficient operations.

Required Skills and Qualities:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Positive attitude, patience, and commitment to student welfare.
• Proficiency in English communication (both written and spoken).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred).

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate
