About the Project – The Corporater Trust Portal

Corporater is developing the Corporater Trust Portal, an innovative web platform designed to promote trust, transparency, and knowledge-sharing at scale.

Think of it as a Netflix-style catalog for curated Governance, Performance, Risk, and Compliance (GPRC) content, frameworks, and insights — enabling organizations to make better, data-driven decisions.

We are building this product from the ground up and are looking for skilled Front-End and Back-End Developers to join our Bangalore team.

• Full stack with inclination towards front-end skills, or
• Full stack with inclination towards back-end skills, or
• Solid at one side and ready to upskill on the other.

No one is an expert at all layers. We hire for strength plus a learning mindset.

You'll be part of a global initiative, working closely with product owners, designers, and engineers across Europe and India to deliver a scalable, secure, and world-class digital experience.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-centric applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Implement elegant UI/UX designs in collaboration with designers and product teams.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and back-end microservices.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Maintain code quality through modular components, testing, and reviews.
• Use modern state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.).

Back-End Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Hexagonal Architecture principles.
• Build and maintain microservice-based architectures for scalability and reliability.
• Ensure seamless API integration with the front-end and external systems.
• Optimize code for performance, security, and cloud deployment (AWS / Azure).
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration pipelines.

What You Bring

For Front-End Developers

• 3–6 years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and Agile methodology.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and code versioning practices.

For Back-End Developers

• 3–6 years of experience in back-end development.
• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design.
• Solid understanding of DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, and microservices.
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases, and DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure environments and scalable deployment models.

Nice to Have

• Front-End: Experience with , React Query, GraphQL, or front-end testing frameworks.
• Back-End: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, or event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, SSO, security frameworks, and authentication flows.
• Awareness of accessibility (a11y), performance, and UX best practices.
• Experience with AI/data-driven integration or analytics back-ends.
