Commissioning / Field Service Function of Transformer Industry

2. Key Deliverables of this role

  • Control the site activities by maintaining the Quality as per TAL work instructions and SOP's (in %)
  • Close the customer/site observations within the spluttered time frame(in %)
  • Control the rework cost by suggesting the best practice/procedures at site (in%)
  • Ensure to commission the all transformers error free(in%)
  • To receive customer feedback, analysis and act accordingly during site visit and interaction with the response to customer on priority basis.
  • Online/offline, Knowledge Sharing sessions to be deliver & received (4 Sessions)

3. Required Candidate profile

  • Having good technical knowledge of Power Transformers of 220kV voltage class and above.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in handling / managing erection / commissioning activities of power transformers (220kV and above).
  • Knowledge of relevant technical standards / field tests. Interpretation of test results will be added advantage.
  • Good team player.
  • Organized & ability to plan ahead.
  • Able to manage all customer complaints in a satisfactory manner.
  • Self-starter
