Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Thane

Salary: Upto 25K

Age: 25 to 35

Shift: 9 Hours Day only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Handle vendor and client communication regarding payment and billing inquiries.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash and expense reimbursements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • B.Com/ M.Com/ Relevant Certification
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with tax filing, GST returns, TDS and regulatory compliance.
