Job Title: Training Analyst

Location: Noida

Package: up to 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver targeted training programmes, workshops, and coaching sessions for WCOB (Wholesale Client Onboarding) KYC teams.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge and skill gaps within client onboarding processes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training, providing recommendations for improvement and standardization.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in KYC and client onboarding.
  • Partner with stakeholders across WCOB, Compliance, and Risk functions to align training with business needs.
  • Ensure training content meets governance and compliance requirements.
  • Support process improvements and transformation initiatives within the onboarding function.
  • Escalate risks/issues and contribute to embedding risk management practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Know Your Customer (KYC), within Wholesale Client Onboarding.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory and operational risk requirements applicable to KYC.
  • Strong attention to detail with confidence to challenge and ensure accuracy of training content.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for training design and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelors degree.
