Role Description

Are you a recent BDS graduate looking to leverage your clinical expertise in an innovative, non-traditional role? We are a leading Dental AI platform, and we're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented BDS to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to apply your dental knowledge to the exciting world of artificial intelligence and help shape the future of dentistry.

Clinical Data Annotation:
You'll be the clinical expert on our team, meticulously analyzing and annotating dental images (like X-rays and intraoral scans) to help train our advanced AI algorithms. Your accuracy is essential for ensuring our AI is reliable and clinically sound.

Product Development Collaboration:
You will be a key liaison between our dental community and our engineering team. You'll provide critical clinical feedback on new features, helping us build products that are practical and solve real problems for dentists.

Quality Assurance:
You'll help test and validate our software, using your clinical judgment to ensure the AI's diagnostic suggestions and analysis are accurate.

Clinical Content Creation:
Use your dental expertise to create educational content, including case studies, blog posts, and webinars, that demonstrate the value and application of our AI tools.

Research & Insights:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in dental technology and clinical practice. You'll help the team identify new opportunities for our AI to impact the dental industry.

Qualifications

A BDS Degree:
You must have a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree. This is a crucial requirement.

Clinical Knowledge:
You have a strong understanding of dental anatomy, pathology, and diagnostic procedures.

Passion for Technology:
You are excited about the potential of AI and technology to improve patient care and dental practice. You don't need to be a coder, but you should have a strong interest in how technology works.

Attention to Detail:
Precision is paramount in this role. You are methodical and meticulous in your work.

Strong Communication:
You can clearly explain complex dental concepts to a non-clinical audience and effectively translate clinical needs into product requirements.
